3 Tbsp Chinese barbecue seasoning (I like the Noh brand)
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
3/4 lb pork butt
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp minced shallots
1 tsp corn starch
1/3 cup water
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil

1/4 cup hot water (100 degrees F)
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast + 1 tsp sugar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup whole milk, at room temperature
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 tsp vegetable oil, divided

Egg Wash:
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 egg yolk

Yields: 12 buns

2 1/4 m. cà phê men nở (active dry yeast) + 1 m. cà phê đường
300 g bột mì đa dụng
50 g đường
1/2 m. cà phê muối
2 m. canh bơ không muối, nhiệt độ phòng
120 ml sửa tươi, nhiệt độ phòng
1 trứng lớn, nhiệt độ phòng
1 m. cà phê dầu ăn, chia phần

Nước thoa mặt bánh:
1 m. canh bơ chảy
1 tròng đỏ

Làm được: 12 bánh
